At Owl Security Solutions Ltd (check-me-in), we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of users who visit our website and use our app.

The information we collect

You are not required to provide personal information in public areas of our website; however, you may choose to complete one of our enquiry forms providing us with information such as your name, telephone number, email address so we can respond to your enquiry.


How we use your information

We will only ever use the information you provide for the purpose indicated. We may contact you via email.

We only share your information with the selected business partners who you are working for whilst using the check-me-in app.

They will only use your information to provide the product or service required and not for any other purpose, as per their purpose of use of the app and we will not pass on your data to any third parties. We will, however, share your information when required by law or enforcement authorities.

We will not, in any instance, sell your information.


How we protect your information

We take reasonable care to prevent unauthorised access, unlawful processing, misuse or accidental loss of your data. Only authorised personnel have access to your information.

Owl Security Solutions Ltd (check-me-in) complies with GDPR laws and industry best practices in respect of the security around your personal information. We are registered with the ICO (UK).

All data shared between our server and the check-me-in app is encrypted. We hold no paper copies of any personal information, ensuring security is fully auditable.

If an account has been dormant for two years, the user is deleted off our system.


Your right to access your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold on you, free of charge.

Upon the request, we will endeavour to provide relevant information to you as soon as possible, and no charges will apply.
