So how does it work..................

The back end:
Through our website and can either use your existing spreadsheet to populate our database. Or it can be done directly with our simple , clear and concise format.
Once profiles are in the database they are stored for your use in future, making future projects quick and simple to set up.
Then a production day is set up (basically give it a title and the date) then add the users for that particular day.

The front end:
When a user is created on the website, they are automatically emailed an invitation to download the app from Apple Appstore or Google Play Store.
They register and complete their profile page, photograph, medical details (optional). They are then assigned a unique QR code.
When admin or security log in to the app, they have the ability to scan the users QR.
The user is then checked in.........the database is automatically updated and reports in Excel are ready for exporting within seconds.
You will end up with a concise spreadsheet of that production day and everyone who attended with accurate timings.
